Account owner of Ubee’s biggest customer, Charter Communications, fully responsible for all product technical issues and support, ranging from production line and certification to field customer service. Manages and provides on-site technical support at Charter’s major facilities including CTEC I, CTEC II and Spectrum Plaza for D3.1 eMTA modems, WiFi6 routers, ONU devices and analog telephone adaptors. Direct interaction with Charter National Operation Center, product team, wireless team, integration and validation teams, architect team, procurement team, and product management team. Provides end to end assistance to the Ubee’s sales department with Pre-sales process. Heavily influenced and engaged in all Ubee’s RFP activities with Charter, responsible for RFP technical requirements review and support for RFP technical requirements. Responsibilities: • Charter commercial and residential eMTA, Spectrum WiFi6 routers, ATAs and Spectrum ONU technical support.• FW Certification process.• DOCSIS 3.1, DOCSIS 4.0.• Wireless gateways, TR-069, ONU.• Charter CTEC I & CTEC II on-site support and• Pre-sales activities.• RFP technical requirement support.• Business relationship maintenance.
