About Sebastian Brannstrom

Experienced full stack engineer and sometimes engineering manager. I\'ve worked with mobile apps, frontend, backend, devops, high availability, device drivers, hardware integration, self driving and many more things. I also tend to start new companies every few years, mostly to learn something new. I am an avid cyclist and a fairly good runner, but that\'s probably not relevant.As a founding engineer at Lyft, I built our first iOS app, then hired and led the Lyft mobile team for a number of years. After deciding to work more hands-on I built the first dashboard hardware device for the Lyft drivers, the Amp. That experience with interaction between hardware and software then led me to the Lyft Level5 self driving division to work on our vehicle infrastructure.Most recently I bootstrapped Bikelease from nothing to $10M in annual revenue by applying sensible tech to a working business model. What was originally a side business turned into a full time job for me and a handful people other people.I\'m just starting to consider what my next move is.
