As President of The Icebox, I drive strategic and operational leadership across the key functions that fuel our growth and customer satisfaction: Inventory, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, and Inside Sales.With a deep understanding of the fast-paced and highly customizable nature of branded merchandise, I focus on delivering seamless operations, cost-effective sourcing, and an exceptional client experience.Key Responsibilities:Inventory & Procurement:Manage global and domestic sourcing strategies, product forecasting, and supplier partnerships to maintain optimal inventory levels and deliver high-quality branded merchandise on time and on budget.Finance:Oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support profitability, cash flow management, and long-term sustainability in a margin-sensitive industry.Customer Service:Lead a responsive and solutions-driven service team committed to exceeding client expectations—from order accuracy to delivery timelines in high-volume, deadline-driven campaigns.Inside Sales:Drive inside sales performance with a focus on account growth, client retention, upselling, and ensuring alignment with creative branding solutions.Industry Expertise & Cross-functional Leadership:Bridge the gap between creative product ideation and operational execution by aligning cross-functional teams to support client campaigns, seasonal trends, and promotional launches.
