ABOUT TEJUS R MEDA

I believe that user experience is at the heart of everything we do. My journey began in architecture, where I learned to blend creativity with technical know-how. Over time, this path led me into the dynamic world of UX/UI design—a field where I can apply my problem-solving skills to create seamless user journeys. Every pixel matters, and I strive to ensure that users feel understood and valued when interacting with digital products. In my most recent role as the Technical Lead at BMS College of Architecture, I was fortunate enough to lead the transition to online education during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a challenging time for everyone involved, but we managed to enhance student engagement through interactive elements, which significantly improved faculty satisfaction as well. Seeing students thrive in a virtual environment was incredibly rewarding. Before that, I had the opportunity to lead an Innovation Lab where I helped students upskill using cutting-edge technology—something I\'m truly passionate about. With my background in structural engineering and hands-on experience as an Assistant Professor, I developed workshops that simplified complex subjects for students. This effort resulted in a notable increase in pass rates, which brought me immense joy.Additionally, I\'ve been involved in managing my own business for nearly eleven years. During this time, I drove strategic initiatives that led to a 15% increase in market share and a remarkable 40% boost in sales through careful market analysis. This experience instilled in me the importance of understanding customer needs—a perspective that\'s invaluable in UX design. If you’d like to chat about enhancing user journeys or collaborating on innovative projects, feel free to reach out!
