About Tejus Mane
I became a founder because someone gave me the support and confidence to try. Now I spend my time making sure other founders get the same.I co-founded AtmoSpark, a climate tech startup where we raised $800K+, went through the OwlSpark, Greentown Labs ACCEL, and proved out real traction. That experience taught me what early-stage founders actually need, beyond capital and some pitfalls that can be made early on.Today I work across Houston\'s innovation ecosystem including designing programs, coaching founders, and helping make connections between startups, mentors, and resources.
