With over ten years working at KPMG, Tesco and now Deutsche Post DHL, I’m an experienced leader of high performing teams and finance strategies in best practice global finance functions.I’ve developed subject matter expertise in working with cross-functional and senior teams to drive transformational change in fast-moving and complex environments, based on extensive experience of optimising corporate supply chains.At Deutsche Post DHL I’ve built a global investments centre of excellence, minimising risk and maximising profit through business case analysis and decision support across a €12bn organisation. From my position on the Finance Board, I’ve worked cross-functionally to deliver positive change across the business, notably through a programme that embedded a global identity and fostered strong team spirit.Over the course of my career, I’ve been proud to work with some great teams. I love mentoring people and helping them to flourish and to exceed their own expectations. There’s nothing more satisfying than developing talented individuals into a cohesive unit, building strong team spirit through alignment of personal goals and leadership values.Most of all, I enjoy seeing the work I do deliver positive bottom line impact, often through effective partnering with leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders. My passion lies in identifying strategies that deliver growth; solving problems, capitalising on opportunities, recognising and then mitigating risk.
