Design and engineer oil-filled and auto-transformers using established dielectric, thermal, and short-circuit performance principles.• Develop detailed electrical design drawings, schematic layouts, and winding connection diagrams in AutoCAD Electrical and E3 software.• Generate and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for active and passive components, bushings, tap changers, and accessories.• Collaborate with production and testing teams to ensure reliability through dielectric, temperature-rise, and impulse testing.• Coordinate with mechanical design and packaging teams for material ordering (AO) and transformer accessory integration.• Assist in reviewing peer designs and contribute to continuous improvement of transformer reliability and manufacturability.
