My role extends beyond financial oversight to enabling disciplined growth, regulatory stewardship and institutional resilience across a multi-business enterprise operating in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.My career has evolved alongside structural shifts in the technology sector, including IBM’s pivot toward hybrid cloud and AI, the separation of Kyndryl, and the operating model evolution following the acquisition of Red Hat. These transitions required translating global strategy into robust local execution frameworks while maintaining governance discipline at scale.During the pandemic, as a member of the IBM India board, I served on the leadership team that ensured uninterrupted global client service delivery from India, preserving institutional continuity amid systemic disruption.I am particularly interested in how technology-enabled governance and institutional capacity can shape equitable economic outcomes.
