Developed a Recommender model that ranks Wealth management product marketing offers for Retail households. The design of the model is two-staged - The first stage is designed as a multi-class model. It predicts a household’s probability of response to offers. Model performance is tested using two-tower and factorization machine algorithms - The second stage predicts a household’s asset investment. A higher-order Markov chain model attributes historical investments to offers, enabling ML based predictions - The model outputs of a household from both stages are combined to rank offers • Designed a Recommender model that ranks Advisors best suited to service High Net Worth Household referrals. Model is designed as a GNN and its predictions are optimized using GraphRec algorithm. The model has two graphs, a bipartite graph of Advisors & Households, as well as a social graph of Advisors
