Program Implementation* Ensure effective implementation of government schemes related to girls’ education at the district level.* Coordinate with district education authorities and schools for proper functioning of KGBV residential schools for girls.* Support the implementation of programs that promote leadership, digital literacy, and life skills for girls. Coordination with Education Authorities* Work closely with District Basic Education Officer (BSA), District Education Officer (DEO), and Samagra Shiksha offices.* Coordinate with wardens, teachers, and district gender coordinators to ensure smooth implementation of educational initiatives.3. Monitoring & Field Visits* Conduct regular visits to KGBV schools and other girls’ education programs to monitor progress.* Review attendance, infrastructure, safety standards, and academic activities in schools.* Track implementation of government schemes and training programs.4. Training & Capacity Building* Organize training programs for teachers, wardens, and staff to improve teaching methods and student support.* Promote 21st-century skills such as digital literacy, communication skills, and leadership among students. Data Management & Reporting* Maintain records and update information in the Management Information System (MIS) related to girls’ education programs.* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for district and state education departments.6. Community Engagement* Conduct awareness programs to increase girls’ enrollment and reduce dropout rates.* Engage with parents, local communities, and NGOs to promote girls’ education.7. Monitoring Special Initiatives* Track programs related to career counselling, digital literacy, financial literacy, and empowerment activities for girls in schools.
