In my current role, I am a talent POC for Amazon Ads business. I build distinct hiring strategies to meet their hiring demands across Tech, SDE, Science and Non-Tech roles. I also independently manage end to end hiring for specialized science roles like Data Scientists, Research Scientist and Applied Scientists across all levels with skills in AI, ML, CV and LLM. Develop and present recruiting reports, dashboards, and metrics to stakeholders during WBRs, MBRS and QBRs Work closely with business leaders to influence and deliver quality assessment and high touch candidate experience through all aspects of the recruitment funnel. Partner with key stakeholders (Business Leaders, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners and Recruiting Managers) to determine future needs and enabling sourcing strategies with dive deep and extensive market research to target best diverse talent who fit our technical and cultural demands. Track recruiter performance goals and metrics to measure progress Periodically lead and/or participate in cross-business projects/programs related to recruiting.
