Concept Development: • Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, R&D) to brainstorm and evaluate product ideas.Design & Development: • Create detailed product designs using CAD software.Project Management: • Develop timelines, cost estimates, and resource plans for new product projects.Testing & Validation: • Plan and conduct product testing to ensure performance, safety, and compliance.Manufacturing Support: • Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Testability).Documentation: • Create and maintain engineering documentation, including BOMs (Bill of Materials), drawings, and specifications.
