This often includes handling escalations, debugging difficult integration issues, and working across engineering, product, and support teams to resolve problems where clarity and judgment matter more than process.Through this work, I’ve frequently helped other engineers and partner teams understand system behavior, build reliable integrations, and avoid common failure modes — not as a formal function, but as a natural part of building usable platforms.My interests lie in platform architecture, APIs, AI-enabled systems, and building systems that are reliable and understandable to those who use them.
