2 Days a WeekAs an intern at SMARK AUTOMATION, I am actively involved in various aspects of hardware design and testing, including:SMPS Testing & Data Recording – Conducting tests on SMPS units and documenting key performance parameters.Schematic Design in KiCad – Creating and refining circuit schematics for hardware projects.Footprint Creation & PCB Layout – Designing component footprints based on datasheets (e.g, recently designed a footprint for USB Type-C female connector).BOM Verification – Ensuring the availability of components before production.Component & IC Research – Identifying and selecting the best-suited components for various projects.This role has strengthened my PCB design, hardware testing, and component selection skills while allowing me to gain hands-on experience in circuit design and prototyping.
