Hello Everyone.Tejaskumar Jani - Operation Executive @ Reliance Industries Limited.~I hold a postgraduate degree in Organic Chemistry and I am currently working as an Operation Executive with Reliance Industries Limited, actively involved in the commissioning and operation of a 192 MLD (Million Litres per Day) Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO) desalination plant. Key Areas of Responsibility & Expertise: Plant Commissioning & Start-Up~Hands-on involvement in pre-commissioning activities such as flushing, hydrotesting, chemical cleaning (CIP/ACIP), and system readiness checks.~Supporting initial start-up and stabilization of SWRO, Pre-Treatment Plant (PTP), and Ultrafiltration (UF) systems.~Ensuring accurate execution of start-up sequences, loading procedures, and reaching target permeate flow and water quality. Troubleshooting & Operational Support~Identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and process issues during commissioning and early-stage operations.~Troubleshooting of pumps, membranes, instrumentation faults, alarms, airlocks, high differential pressure, and fouling incidents.~Coordinating with cross-functional teams for real-time issue resolution and optimizing process performance. Shutdown & Maintenance~Assisting in planned and unplanned shutdowns, including safe equipment isolation, membrane preservation, and system draining.~Supporting maintenance teams in inspection, repairs, and recommissioning of critical equipment like high-pressure pumps, ERDs, and chemical dosing systems.~Executing safe and efficient start-up post-maintenance, ensuring all interlocks and safety systems are functional. Monitoring & Process Optimization~Monitoring real-time parameters using SCADA/DCS systems – flow rate, pressure, recovery %, conductivity, and rejection rates.~Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations.~Preparing daily shift reports, logbooks, and participating in HSE audits and inspections.~Passionate about sustainable water solutions, I am committed to contributing to the advancement of innovative, efficient desalination technologies that help address global water scarcity challenges.~I look forward to growing my skills and advancing in the field of water treatment, plant commissioning, and operational management.~Let’s connect to explore sustainable water solutions Thank you.
