I am mane tejashri vijay completed master of engineering from electronic.Also complete my project at MEMS Lab at IIT Kharagpur.Experience of Nano and micro device fabrication. Having a SCI journal paper on nano technology.Fabricate device for 5um to 29 um. simulation and analysis of 7nm MOSFET. Fabricate low voltage and high performance Device using spice software. To overcome the issues of MOSFET Device go for a CNTFET Study and got ultimate results.study and analysis and CNT fet devices from 5nm to 16 nm.having a basic knowledge of cadence and mentor software for simulation of low channel devices. Recently working in LG electronic pvt Ltd.pune.
