Helping clients in finance transformation, implementation of new accounting standards, mergers and acquisition, post-merger integration, Ind AS/ IFRS GAAP conversions, technical accounting advices, IPO advisory, audit readiness support, purchase price allocation, accounting and process manuals and other transaction advisory. Client engagements involves understanding of underlying systems and technologies, critical application of IFRS 3, IFRS 15/ASC 606, IFRS 16/ASC 842 and IFRS 9, preparation and review of technical accounting papers on complex accounting issues, process implementation, preparation and review of technical accounting manuals. Also involved in preparation of technical training materials and conducting training, contributing to thought leadership and other business development activities.
