As a Data Engineer with ~5 years of experience, I design and optimize Lakehouse architectures, distributed data pipelines, and large-scale ETL workflows using Azure Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL, Azure Data Factory, Delta Lake, and ADLS.In my current role at IBM, I engineer data pipelines processing 2TB+ of enterprise data daily, enabling faster analytics and decision-making. One challenge I often see is pipelines that work in development but struggle in production due to scale. By implementing Delta Lake optimization, efficient partitioning, and performance tuning in Spark, I helped reduce pipeline runtime and improve data reliability for downstream reporting and analytics teams.Previously at Bitwise Solutions, I worked with ERP and transactional datasets, building ETL pipelines across Hadoop, PySpark, and BigQuery environments while improving pipeline efficiency and data quality.My core expertise includes Databricks, PySpark, Spark SQL, Delta Lake, Azure Data Factory, Unity Catalog, Medallion Architecture, and distributed data processing.I’m always interested in building high-impact data platforms, collaborating with data teams, and solving complex data engineering challenges.
