About Tejas Yeotekar

I didn’t plan for any of it—but somehow, it all came together into a story worth telling. I grew up in Pune, shaped by the energy of a city constantly reinventing itself. Early on, I got curious about what makes cities, companies, and communities work—and more importantly, how they can work better for the people who depend on them. That curiosity took me through policy, public service, and business. From working in the Chief Minister\'s War Room, driving ₹200+ crore investments and shaping infrastructure strategy, to serving as Chief of Staff to the Principal Secretary of Urban Development, I’ve seen how big systems move—and how much potential there is to make them move faster and fairer. I’ve worked with startups, think tanks, and legacy businesses—helping them scale, rethink strategy, and go from idea to execution. Whether I’m launching a tech product for the government, helping raise FDI, or building GTM strategies in the private sector, I try to blend public purpose with startup speed. Now, I’m focused on spaces where policy meets product, and VC meets impact. I’m especially drawn to roles that bring together strategic thinking, rapid execution, and long-term change—whether in startups, investing, or public systems. When I’m not working on systems or startups, you’ll find me screaming at a TV during Liverpool matches or planning my next spontaneous travel adventure.
