Physics graduate with hands-on research experience and industry-aligned academic training in semiconductor manufacturing, thin-film deposition, and optical material characterization. Completed certified programs at IISc CeNSE and authored a thesis on organic semiconductor film fabrication using RADAK™ and resistive thermal evaporation (RTE). Skilled in experimental optical techniques, including UV–Vis and photoluminescence spectroscopy. Possess strong theoretical grounding in TCAD workflows, CMOS process integration, and semiconductor device physics. Acquired academic and workshop-based knowledge of fabrication processes such as lithography, etching, CVD, PVD, ALD, contamination control, yield engineering, and cleanroom operations.
