About Tejas Pawar
I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering at Binghamton University, with a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering from Sinhgad Institute of Technology & Science. I am currently working as a Research Project Assistant at Sanmina’s New Product Introduction (NPI) division, where I am actively involved in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) manufacturing processes and driving process improvements.Previously, I worked as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee at TATA AutoComp Systems Ltd, where I focused on Quality Assurance and Project Management in the Tool & Die domain. As part of the New Product Development (NPD) Quality Assurance team, I ensured high product quality, streamlined processes, and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives.My academic and professional experiences have equipped me to excel in industrial environments, with expertise in manufacturing processes, quality management, and operational efficiency. I am passionate about leveraging my skills to drive innovation and process optimization in dynamic industrial settings.
