At Bharat Bijlee, I work in the Servo Motors division, where I focus on testing, validation, and performance assessment of high-precision servo products.My role involves servo product testing, performance analysis, and reliability evaluation. I handle field-return investigations, identify performance issues, and support corrective actions to improve overall product quality. I also conduct complete type testing on pre-test units, field-return motors, and new development prototypes to ensure they meet technical and safety standards.I am actively contributing to the New STS Servo Project, where I support prototype evaluation, performance validation, and continuous improvement activities for next-generation servo motors. Along with this, I have been involved in CE Certification for servo products by performing compliance testing, preparing documentation, and presenting performance results for certification approval.My foundation comes from strong skills in PLC, SCADA, HMI, and embedded systems, along with hands-on experience in control systems, circuit design, and microcontroller-based automation. I am proficient in tools such as RSLogix 500, Wonderware InTouch, MATLAB, AutoCAD, and Arduino IDE.With a balance of automation knowledge and practical servo testing experience, I am passionate about developing reliable, efficient, and high-performance engineering solutions while continuously expanding my expertise in motion control and industrial automation.
