Developed a scalable Flask-based web application to automate analysis, data processing, and report generation for multiple enterprise customers, integrating Pandas, OpenPyXL, and ZIP handling for seamless data pipelines. Achieved 90% reduction in manual effort, ensured 100% accuracy, and centralized five independent workflows into a single, reusable, and extensible platform supporting multi-customer (100+) operations-> Engineered and deployed internal Flask-based applications leveraging Python libraries to standardize operational workflows. These tools, including a Merge Hierarchy Tool,Log Analyzer and Configuration Analysis Tool, automated data ingestion and validation, accelerating foundational analysis for 20 customers and streamlining issue resolution, which saved teams over 200 hours of manual effort per quarter. 1) Merge Hierarchy Tool for consolidating hierarchy structures from multiple sources. 2) Log Analyzer for parsing and analyzing system logs efficiently. 3) Configuration Analysis Tool for extracting GA and custom configuration data into structured Excel outputs-> Delivered comprehensive support for cloud-hosted Oracle Retail solutions by diagnosing and resolving infrastructure and application-level issues, performing performance tuning, and collaborating closely with end-users and cross-functional teams to ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of cloud environments-> I also engineered several specialized Python utility tools: a tool for data validation between Oracle V19 and V24 customer data, a utility for converting log file timestamps from IST to various timezones to support global business operations for the RGBU team, and an automated data aggregation tool that consolidated daily and weekly batch files into a single, continuous annual dataset, streamlining data maintenance and access.
