   As the first founding employee at BioPhy, I wore multiple hats that gave me end-to-end exposure to product development—driving everything from solution architecture to leading teams and managing projects. I designed scalable data pipelines/ETL workflows, managed massive healthcare datasets, and built complex ML models and APIs. Most importantly, I spearheaded enterprise-grade LLM solutions—RAG architectures, embeddings, chunking strategies, fine-tuning, and cloud-based deployments—optimizing performance at scale whilst ensuring compliance with ISO, SOC2, HIPAA, and GDPR standards. First and founding employee at BioPhy! Fine-tuned and deployed several task-specific LLMs with Agents/Assistants for diverse company applications. Architected and served as technical owner for transformative LLM solutions that eliminated critical bottlenecks across pharmaceutical operations, reducing regulatory documentation/analyzing time by ~70%. Developed a proprietary universal pharma regulatory DB, using a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture-based model, incorporating over 42M+ records, creating the largest research assistant. Developed a patent-pending AI technology to predict the probability of success in clinical trials with a proven track record (2021-Present) of ~80% accuracy,~0.85 AUC across each trial phase. Solved complex computational challenges through innovative approaches to imputation and high-cardinality of categorical variables, delivering breakthrough performance improvements of over 14%. Extensively worked on myriad Trial, Drug, Protein, Gene, Ontology datasets to build proprietary models. Designed an extensive internal database architecture consolidating different data sources, simplifying project management across the company. Implemented a range of web-based solutions and dashboards to accelerate business growth. Automated end-to-end processes, from data download to deployment, of the above technologies on AWS.
