Responsibilities- In-house recruitment for lateral hiring on IT positions- Responsible for planning and executing end to end recruitment process- Collaborating with Stakeholders, including Delivery Heads, Hiring managers, Channel Partners and ensure continuous improvement in hiring strategies- Organising Recruitment Drives - Handling salary negotiation - Driving the campus recruitment program and coordinating with MBA and Engineering colleges for fresh recruits- Creating talent pipeline- Generating applications from various sourcing portals- Scheduling the interviews of shortlisted candidates- Handling recruitment drives - Preparing & Releasing Offer Letters- Preparing Referral and Joining Bonus Reports. Also providing the inputs to Finance department.
