Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Oversee picking, sorting, packing, and dispatch operations, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely delivery across the fulfillment center- Process Efficiency: Implement processes to enhance productivity, reduce damages, and close escalation tickets within 12 hours- Quality & Safety Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards, enforce safety protocols, and motivate teams to achieve goals- Root Cause Analysis & Reporting: Conduct root cause analysis on fill rate issues, track productivity reports, and manage daily shipping and receiving- Performance Metrics & Coordination: Analyze performance metrics to identify improvements, coordinate warehouse activities, and support the FC Manager as second-in-command- Contingency Management: Oversee Area-Contingency plans, predict/manage contingencies, and ensure smooth operations during disruptions- Inflow & Inventory Management: Manage Inflow reports (Direct & NES), resolve inventory issues (e.g, ‘Cannot move value with Aging’), and optimize SPQ space allocation- Job Trigger & Freebie Management: Address job trigger issues for movable items, and ensure no freebie items are included in contingency stock- JPIN Repeatability:Manage JPIN repeatability issues to improve process consistency and reduce errors-Pan India GT Lite hubs trip planning, trip assigning, and on-time delivery tracking- Providing visibility and insights to the First Mile team through process adherence checks and metric publication- Collaborating with Biz Ops and FC Ops to resolve exceptions and ensure smooth operations- Daily reporting for DCs and managing hub closure processes including partner payment tracking- Ensuring process adherence and delivering exceptional customer experiences through ground team follow-ups.
