I have joined the Research Program in Development Economics (RPDE) at University of Princeton. I will be working closely with the Director and co-Director of the program and will be leading on implementing the Center’s strategy and programs. My key responsibilities would be the following:* Strategic planning for the center\'s vision, goals and program activities* Financial analysis / high narrative summaries of finances via dashboards, to support key decision-making for RPDE, as well as working on budgets and budget narratives.* Research management and support on faculty-led field-based projects, including support on project development *Supporting grant applications for faculty members and postdocs.* Managing predoctoral fellows and RPDE program coordinator.*Overseeing hosting of visiting researchers (faculty and postdocs)
