As an Employee Care Specialist, I play a vital role in fostering a positive work environment, supporting employees\' needs, and contributing to overall employee satisfaction and retention. I am the key link between the employees and the company, ensuring effective communication and support for the workforce. I am responsible for Partnering with both senior business stakeholders and HR teams to develop and implement Employee.1. Employee Onboarding: Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company, and providing them with necessary information and resources.2. Ensuring the Company\'s treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives3. Handling employee complaints, managing grievance procedures, and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders4. Investigating and resolving complex or critical employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner5. Ensure attendance collection and payroll management6. Lead efforts to increase retention and consultant engagement along with redeployment of the benchCandidates7. Collating and analyzing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and policies to generate more positive outcomes8. Leave and Time-off Management9. Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback on their experience with the company and identify areas for improvement10. Being a bridge between the clients, MSP, and delivery team11. Working on the redeployment of the candidates12. Getting referrals from candidates13. Attracting new clients for business development
