Over 3 decades driving innovation, leading organizations to sustainable growth and engaging with our customers and the industry. And still as passionate as the first day about technology, M&A, languages and, most importantly, people!I have been very fortunate to play a part in the success, and sometimes failures, of both SMEs and Corporations, with management roles in Operations, Sales, Technology and as CEO and Managing Director.My career started as one of the first Spanish translators specialized in software localization, moving to Ireland in the early 90s, where I discovered also my passion for management and particularly for leading transformative processes within organizations.I was responsible for setting up one of the first In-country operational hubs for localization services in Spain, which later became what is today RWS Spain and that gave me my first opportunity to understand the world of entrepreneurship and M&A.My second period in Ireland brought me into the exciting world of Business Development and managing global sales teams, together with my second opportunity to be exposed to M&A process, as participated in the successful merger of ITP with SDL, leading to what it\'s today one of the largest LSPs in the was year of change, where I ventured into the amazing world of Telecoms leading a fantastic project to bring broadband to the rural areas of Spain, deploying cutting edge wireless technology in largely underserved territories. Many new challenges, exposure to different business models, seed capital and venture capital, together with a total focus on technology. The later part of my career brought me back to the world of languages and large corporations, where I have been able to perform C-level roles in Business Development and Technology to later lead as MD the transformation of the business and the recent sale of CTI by Capita to LanguageLine Solutions.
