Proficient immunologist with more than 10 years of research experience in cellular and molecular immunology. Specialized expertise includes basic and translational immunology using complex in-vitro and in-vivo diseases models. Expert in preclinical animal models (autoimmunity, inflammation and respiratory biology); Complex cell-based diseases models; cell-based assays (MSD, Luminex, ELISA and qPCR); High-dimensional flow cytometry (Spectral and multicolor with data analysis tools usch as Flowsom and tSNE); Transcriptomic analysis (CITE-seq and scRNA-seq). Proven track record of leadership and collaboration with more than 20 research papers including Journal of Experimental Medicine, Science Translational Medicine, Nature Communications, Journal of Immunology and Cell Death and Diseases.
