E-invoicing and Purchase Order Management• Perform all activities for the integration of customer E-procurement systems to the AWS portal in order to achieve electronic invoicing integration.• Collaborate with all stakeholders (internal and external) – engineering team, operations team, SAP - Ariba integration specialist, Coupa technical support team, customer engagement team for smooth project flow.• Collaborate with customers (in all regions including EMEA, APAC, Americas, etc.) daily and provide them with insights regarding the implementation of the E-procurement system and how it will improve invoice delivery timelines by over 65% and reduce errors down to 100% once the implementation is complete.• Regular weekly calls are scheduled with all customers to provide them an update on project success and monitor any irregularities in the project based on what procurement software they use – Coupa, SAP Ariba, Tungsten, Taulia, Transcepta, etc.• Adhere to timelines so as to complete the onboarding of over 1400 customers.•Completion of this project within an 18-month time frame has generated FCF of over $1.75 Billion.• Complete mapping of the cXML documents of purchase orders and invoices followed by testing in the test environment before moving to pre-prod testing and finally to production environment.• Creating and maintaining SOPs for different phases of the project and updating with most relevant information. Key Achievements:• Cloud Transformation: Optimized invoice processing through secure cloud-based solutions, reducing processing time and operational risks.• Process Automation: Improved invoice tracking and reduced failure rates with automated DevOps deployment pipelines in AWS.• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Worked closely with key stakeholders on strategic projects, demonstrating strong project management skills.
