As a Transportation Operations Manager at James Hardie, I oversee the daily operations of the transportation department, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of building materials to customers across the region. I manage a team of coordinators, and collaborate with other departments to optimize the supply chain performance.I have a strong background in transportation and supply chain management, with over three years of experience as a Supply Chain Associate Manager and a Transportation Supervisor at James Hardie. In these roles, I improved the customer service and satisfaction levels, negotiated with vendors and carriers, reduced the transportation costs and risks, and implemented various process improvements and best practices. I also have an Associate of Arts degree in Psychology from San Bernardino Valley College, which helps me develop effective communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. I am passionate about solving complex problems, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering value to the organization and its stakeholders.
