ABOUT TEGAN JADE
I started my professional career as soon as I turned 18. I have always wanted to help improve the daily lives of the people around me and seek out innovative ways to accomplish my goals. After working in Customer Service for almost 7 years, I felt it was time to start a new journey in UX. I have had an aptitude for computers from a young age and have finally found a path where I can nourish those skills from my childhood and the skills I\'ve cultivated at Starbucks into something more. After becoming a Coffee Master, during the pandemic, it sparked a long forgotten need to learn new things. The internet became a lifeline for so many of us over the past few years and I want to be a part that makes it better for everyone. I want to understand all aspects of people lives that can effect their experience and strive to do this in my current role. Figuring out the needs of everyday people has been apart of my professional life for years and I can\'t wait to see how I can use those skills in a new role!
