Enrolment of patient into Patient Support Program, liaise with insurer and physician for reimbursement coverage• Responses to general enquiry calls and performs data-entry• Coordinate with Specialty and Retail Pharmacy to ensure patient have access to the required treatment• Monitor patient’s file to ensure reimbursement and financial assistance renewals are done in a timely manner• Process document supporting patient’s care such as lab results• Receive, record and report Adverse Events as per Manufacturer Requirements• Participate and assist in departmental continuous improvement activities related to process, quality and training
