   I lead the product management teams responsible for Microsoft Entra\'s strategy and product delivery for Identity Governance (Entitlement Management, Lifecycle Workflows, and Access Reviews) and core Identity Provisioning (HR-driven inbound provisioning, SCIM-based app provisioning, and directory synchronization across Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud ecosystems).My teams build the capabilities that help organizations ensure the right identities have the right access, from automated onboarding and role-based updates to secure offboarding, across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments, including Microsoft\'s own applications (M365) and third-party platforms like SAP and Salesforce.Along with my peers across engineering, user experience, product marketing, and Microsoft\'s partner ecosystem, we deliver scalable, enterprise-ready solutions that reduce operational friction, enforce least-privilege access, and support compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. Our platform and products govern hundreds of millions of human (employees, guests) and non-human (AI agents, workloads, etc.) identities.
