Private Corporate Counsel - I work with businesses and their owners and executives on legal, business, organizational development and growth, and organizational leadership issues.Mediation - As a Florida and USVI Certified Mediator, I help parties resolve complex personal and business disputes. My experience includes serving as a mediator for disputes between businesses and: 1) other businesses; 2) government agencies; 3) their customers; 4) their vendors; 5) their employees; and, 6) third parties making claims against the business. I also mediate disputes between business owners, family members, and non-business related cases (such as property disputes, insurance claims, negligence claims, etc…). Training and Development - I preset interactive seminars on a variety of legal, mediation, and business issues. The length of the seminars range from one hour to 8-hour days. I often develop and present seminars which are specific to the audience’s needs. I have presented seminars for the Florida Bar Association, the Virgin Islands Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Palm Beach Bar Association, the National Bar Association, Corporate Counsel Conferences, the Florida Annual Dispute Resolution Conference, the National Worker’s Compensation Conference, and other venues both live and via webinars.
