   Leading a team of talented software engineers, QA professionals and System Analysts to deliver web based health care solutions. Our team continues to receive recognition within Optum for our strong performance as well as our success trialing and trail blazing new technologies and processes. Our team was one of the first to adopt Adobe CQ5 and we have fully embraced this new technology. We are moving just as quickly to the cloud and also simplifying the roll out of our mobile offering. Our team has fully committed to automated testing and Acceptance Test Driven Development. In addition to off the shelf solutions such as Selenium and ALM, we continue to extend our custom mocking framework in order to ensure our solutions are thoroughly tested with each build. Our team is Agile and we were one of first within Optum to fully convert our software development processes to the Acceptance Test Driven Design principles. Our productivity has improved significantly and we continue to turn heads within the company.
