I am the President and CEO of Innovative Design Concepts, Inc, where I specialize in designing and engineering practical, real-world corrugated packaging and palletized systems that reduce cost, improve durability, and simplify manufacturing and end-user handling.My work focuses on systems-level problem solving at the intersection of materials, manufacturing, logistics, and customer use. Rather than adding complexity, I work to remove it — eliminating unnecessary components, reducing failure points, and delivering solutions that perform reliably under real operating conditions.Over the course of my career, I have helped customers increase market share, margins, and product safety by replacing over-engineered packaging with efficient, field-tested designs. This includes patented innovations such as a foldable knockdown pallet container, locking pallet systems, corner protection technology, and the Egg Protector — a corrugated pallet system enabling affordable, damage-resistant egg shipping worldwide.My background includes hands-on experience across the entire corrugated value chain: board production, converting, die cutting, printing, prototyping, and shipping. This foundation allows me to design solutions that are not only innovative, but also manufacturable, cost-conscious, and scalable.In addition to holding multiple U.S. patents, I have contributed articles to industry publications including Corrugated Today and Packaging World.    My number one goal is to benefit my customer\'s bottom line by designing and engineering corrugated, user friendly packaging to fit a company\'s specific needs. With the requirements of the customer at the forefront of my business, I have been able to successfully increase my customers\' market share.For example, one customer was trying to ship eggs to foreign markets. The only way for him to guarantee freshness was to ship via airline. The problem? Wood pallets are heavy, and the shipping cost due to that weight was curtailing my customer\'s efforts. Based on his needs in mind, I designed a corrugated pallet that we now call the \"Egg Protector,\" allowing the company to now ship affordably anywhere in the world. Subsequently, my customer increased his market share by 25%. Another product example is the \"InstaBin2\" corrugated bulk bin. The InstaBin2 allows customers to deploy the bin in under 10 seconds so simple that anyone can do it; because of the way that the InstaBin2 is engineered, the belly bands that are the standard on most other bulk bins can be eliminated.
