About Theodore Weber
Theodore Weber is the founder and Chief Investment Officer of Joule. He founded Joule based on his 30 years of experience in the nuclear fuel industry. Mr. Weber came most recently from ITOCHU International, where he was vice-president of the Nuclear Fuel Department for the past eight years. Prior to ITOCHU, Mr. Weber was at USEC (now Centrus Energy) where he had key roles in enrichment technologies, corporate development, and marketing & sales. Mr. Weber started his career at MIT’s Nuclear Reactor Lab, where he built and operated in-core nuclear experiments. Mr. Weber has a Nuclear Engineering degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Johns Hopkins.
