Ted has over four decades of expertise in heavy civil construction, dam safety and technical advisory services to spearhead complex rehabilitation projects, including spillway upgrades, tainter gate replacements, coffer dams, demolition, and tremie concrete operations. Mr Warren has a mission to advance sustainable hydropower infrastructure, he has built teams that combines technical precision with innovative RCC and earthworks methodologies. Their work drives excellence in the maintenance and modernization of critical water management systems. Building on prior success as a technical advisor his focus extends to feasibility studies, design and construction for monumental hydroelectric projects including the 570 MW Ralco Hydroelectric dam in Chile, 790 MW Yeywa hydroelectric project in Myanmar, 1870 MW Gibe dam in Ethiopia and and 13,860 MW Xiluodu hydroelectric project China) comprised of a 285.5 m tall double curvature arch dam and one of the largest hydroelectric installations ever built.
