From pioneering AI strategies that won national awards, to building frameworks that link regulation, reliability, and digital innovation, I’ve worked at the intersection where ideas become outcomes.    Provide strategic architecture leadership for SCE’s AI and software portfolios, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and guardrails for 500+ enterprise products so innovation stays aligned with resilience, cybersecurity, and regulatory expectations.Highlights- Enterprise AI Strategy: Defined and executed SCE’s enterprise AI strategy, including a 10/5/3/1-year AI & software roadmap, driving cross-functional adoption and measurable business outcomes- Governance & Standards: Co-created AI governance frameworks and coding standards; updated software standards and solution architecture templates to embed AI, data quality, and risk considerations into every new solution- Flagship Architect Roles: Solution architect for Business-Led Development (100+ business developers, apps), the enterprise AI Gateway, and the legal team’s AI system for RIMS/RCMS. Designed a desktop automation framework with 300+ “virtual employees” and helped shift IT operations toward LLM-enabled AIOps- Thought Leadership & Communication: Authored 70+ internal and external AI articles in 2025 alone, read by thousands of employees; featured in multiple internal videos on AI.
