Led the projects and architecture work at one of the largest US utilities. The trusted relationship with the client also yielded a no-bid down-selection for leadership and integration of a projected $4M+ in additional business for up to nearly 4K locations in 2024 and nearly 100K more locations over time.• 2024: Won a large utility IoT Gas related RFP worth a projected $7M• Led Key Smart Cities initiatives IoT, Cloud, Enterprise IT, and Mobile Based including a large scale Smart lighting trial with the City of San Antoni. This included traffic related projects, various monitoring, control, and maintenance projects such as fleet management, public safety and security, asset tracking.
