I exert all my efforts to fulfill all payroll/benefit legal obligations but also foster trust and loyalty among employees. • Implemented ADP Wisely Pay Card, reduced check distribution by 85.67%, saving $30k in split wrap costs annually. • Initiated bi-weekly KPI Zero hours reporting to the field on employees not termed timely, achieving a 79% reduction saving $17.5k annually. • Changed the Payroll date for the first payroll of 2023 Thurs. to Fri. increasing efficiencies. • Saved over $35k the first year in benefit costs through reconciliation of invoices by creating an audit process. • Development of 2023 EDI online registration for benefits enrollment from paper process, collaborating with key partners. • Aligned medical and ancillary benefits (dental, vision, LTD, AD & D and Life Insurance) first 60 days reducing waiting period. • Implemented 5 additional benefits for full-time employees withing the first 90 days enhancing offerings. • Reviewed and implemented all required system Kronos employment laws to be compliant.
