About Teddy Henderson

I’m all about finding the best way to communicate a message. Whether among internal departments or external clients, I am driven by creative problem-solving. Through my time at the University of Houston, I developed a greater appreciation for integrated marketing communications and the importance of a consistent look and feel in a brand’s messaging. My degree in Strategic Communication with an Advertising Concentration is supplemented by a minor in Marketing and a Corporate Entrepreneurship Certificate.My acute attention to detail and sense for the bigger picture have aided me well as a student, a Brand Management Intern at Love Advertising and a Digital Asset Manager at Phillips 66. In group projects and client presentations alike, I naturally step into leadership roles. I lead by prioritizing relationships with people.Serving on my school’s Young Life College team, first as a volunteer leader, then as part-time staff, taught me what it really means to lead others. Not just to be productive in our event turnouts or social media engagement, but to create a culture of inclusivity in our community. Our team worked with leaders from four other schools in the Houston area, often collaborating across campuses. This experience has equipped me well to be a servant-leader in any capacity.As an early university graduate, I am grateful for the opportunity to get a head start on my career. My goal is to creatively solve business problems through collaborative efforts with team members and clients. I welcome any connections and I’m eager to discuss potential opportunities!
