About Teddi Scharf

Hi, I’m Teddi, a sophomore at Indiana University, majoring in Finance. I’ve always been fascinated by businesses and how they work and grow, so I decided to pursue this field of study. Specifically, my experience participating in an internship at Stanton Advisors solidified my decision to pursue business in college. Experiencing a professional setting firsthand, I realized learning doesn’t stop in the classroom—it happens through hands-on experience and staying curious. More importantly, it showed me the value of continuous learning and growing with every experience.Outside of academics, I like to stay active by participating in clubs like IPO investing, and consistently going to the gym, as I believe balancing my studies with activities I enjoy helps me stay motivated and focused. I’m also involved in community service work through philanthropy events, which has opened my eyes to the importance of giving back and being part of something bigger than myself. While I’m still early in my college journey, I’m excited about the opportunities ahead. I’m looking forward to making the most of my time here by engaging with faculty and peers, learning new perspectives, and developing skills I’ll need for my future career. Ultimately, I hope to apply what I learn to make a positive impact in my field, and I’m eager to see where this path will take me.
