My role is to balance owner relations and brand strategy while ensuring every aspect of the guest journey feels elevated, authentic, and true to the Lower East Side.Previously, I served as Regional Director of Operations for Zuma’s East Coast portfolio, overseeing New York, Miami, and Boston markets, managing $60M in annual revenue for over five years. I delivered record-setting growth in New York and Boston, launched yacht catering and a secret Japanese jazz lounge speak easy adding a new revenue stream, and drove team alignment that repositioned outlets for long-term success leading to the highest revenue record as well as highest private event sales record.My career has spanned globally recognized brands including Nobu Hotel, Eden Roc, Trump National Doral Golf Resort & Spa, SLS Lux, W South Beach, W New York Downtown, and the Miami Beach Edition by Ian Schrager. In these roles I improved margins, optimized labor models, and navigated both non-union and unionized environments such as Local 6 in NYC.
