As one of the founding team-members in people and culture, I build and lead the Learning & Development function from the ground up launching the company’s first Learning Management System (LMS) and developing scalable L&D programs to support employee growth and business performance supporting the attainment of industry quality certifications.As the organization scaled, my role expanded to strategic full employee lifecycle ownership— including recruitment, onboarding, career development, and retention. I launched Agile performance management, utilizing company-wide OKRs, and introduced strength-based development through Gallup CliftonStrengths.I also collaborated with HRIS on the implementation and optimization of Workday, leveraging it for both Recruiting and Performance Management to streamline processes, improve reporting, and drive a data-informed talent strategy.
