I launched Agile performance management, utilizing company-wide OKRs, and introduced strength-based development through Gallup CliftonStrengths.I also collaborated with HRIS on the implementation and optimization of Workday, leveraging it for both Recruiting and Performance Management to streamline processes, improve reporting, and drive a data-informed talent strategy.
