For over 18 years, I have been leading Akendi, a user experience strategy, research and design consultancy that helps our clients create remarkable products and services. I apply the Experience Thinking framework, a holistic approach that considers the entire experience life cycle and journeys of users and customers.My mission is to create shorter paths to intentional experiences, so clients can deliver awesome products sooner and more often. I also share my knowledge and expertise as an instructor at Experience Thinkers, the next generation of UX training and certification.
