His broad skill set precipitated the successful tenure in many diverse roles spanning from business-administrative, to technical in nature. Oddly, regardless of the role or employer, he would inevitably be tasked with the Facilities and Corporate Real Estate functions for that company. A turning point in his career path was when he realized that this phenomenon was not an interesting coincidence, but rather, a result of an inherent passion for this vocation. This in-turn brought about a focus and dedication toward Corporate Real Estate in general, and Facilities Management specifically.
